User Agreement

Thank you for using Bon Short (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Before using this App, please carefully read the following User Agreement. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.
1. User Account: 1.1 Registration and Login; You need to register and log into an account to use certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete personal information and keep it updated. All video content is protected by copyright, and users may only use it for personal, non-commercial purposes within the App.; 2.2 Advertisements; The App offers a free service supported by advertisements. You agree that you may encounter advertisements while using the App, and these advertisements may affect your viewing experience. The content of the advertisements is provided by third parties, and the App does not assume responsibility for their accuracy or quality.; 2.3 Subscription Features; The App offers a subscription feature. You may choose to purchase a subscription to enjoy an ad-free viewing experience. The subscription fee will be charged through your Google Play or App Store account.; 2.4 Cancel Subscription; If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can manage it through the subscription management interface in the Google Play Store or App Store . After canceling the subscription, you will no longer be charged after the current subscription period ends.
3. User Behavior Rules: 3.1 You agree not to use the App for any illegal, infringing, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:; 3.2 The App reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, especially if you violate the terms of this Agreement.
4. Intellectual Property: 4.1 All content provided by the App, including but not limited to videos, images, text, logos, software, etc., is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited usage license, and you may not copy, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from the App without authorization.
5. Privacy Policy: 5.1 The App is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. The information we collect will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please carefully read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
6. Modifications and Termination: 6.1 We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate the services of the App at any time without notice. If you do not agree with the modified Agreement, please stop using the App.
7. Disclaimer: 7.1 The services provided by the App are offered "as is." We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to device malfunctions, data loss, etc.
